  • What is the difference between curbside service and yard service?

    Curbside service requires that your container be placed within five inches of the curb on your scheduled pickup day. Yard service is anything that requires the driver to remove anything that is outside of five inches. For more questions like this one, don't hesitate to call us. We offer the trash pickup residents depend on.

  • Do you provide cans/barrels?

    Yes, we do provide 96-gallon animal-proof toters. They can be wheeled to the curb or stored in your yard for trash pickup.

  • What time does the trash need to be out on pickup day?

    The trash will need to be on the curb by 7:00 AM on your scheduled day of trash pickup.

  • Will my trash or recycling be serviced on holidays?

    Pina Sanitation is only closed three days per year. These days include Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. We're open and operating as usual on all other holidays. If your residential service will be affected by a holiday or storm, we will post updates to our website and social media. Follow us on Facebook for up-to-date information on trash pickup.

  • What if I have extra trash or bulk items?

    Let us know ahead of time and we’d be happy to take extra trash or bulk items. However, these items will need to meet the regulations set by the D.E.P. waste bans. We do provide special trash pickup on request, and these will need to be scheduled with our office. 

  • I missed my pickup. What should I do?

    If you can’t wait until your next scheduled pickup, you can schedule an off-day pickup for another day before your next scheduled service. There is a fee associated with this option. If you're in need of residential or commercial trash pickup, turn to Pina Sanitation for expert services.

  • Can I set up automatic payments for my account?

    Yes! If you’re interested in having your payments made automatically, we welcome you to enroll in autopay. This can be done through ACH or by CC monthly or bi-monthly. Trash pickup has never been easier. Call us today for more information!

  • How often will I receive my bills?

    For year-round residential customers, we bill in advance every two months. If you're looking for a trash pickup service that's been in business for years, you can count on Pina Sanitation.
